" Ἄναξ " | " Anax " in ancient greek language means "King". Our " Ἄναξ " | " Anax " is the King of Healthy Nutrition. It is a monovarietal product (arbequina), it is produced exclusively from our family olive grove which is located at North Greece and specifically at Xanthi and is collected with love and care. From the moment of harvest, the olive fruit within few hours has been transformed into extra virgin olive oil through the method of cold extraction. Through this process, we produce a product of ultra-high quality, high nutritional value, with extremely low acidity, rich in nutrients and intense fruity flavors with unparalleled taste. It is also rich in polyphenols and specifically in elaiokanthal and elaisin which are the most important of them since they have anti-cancer action. Elaiokanthal and elaisin are in very high levels (481,60 mg/Kg) in our olive oil something which means that the total amount of polyphenols are more than double. In addition, the low number of peroxides found in our olive oil guarantees the longevity of all its positive characteristics, and as a result the consumer receives all the nutrients that are necessary for his health.
