About ΟΡΦΑΝΑΚΗΣ ΕΜΜΑΝΟΥΗΛ ΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΣ
Cultivation of Diktamos (Origanum dictamnus) in an area of 10 acres in the area of Knossos, Heraklion, Crete. The installation of the crop and all the cultivation cares are done manually and without the use of chemical pesticides. The collection takes place from May to September (three cuts). Drying is done in the shade on the premises of the holding. Our estates are located on the hill east of the palace of Knossos.
